Based in Leeds, I've spent eight years turning celebrations into edible art. Every bake is made by hand using the finest local ingredients — no shortcuts, no compromise.
I trained in classic French patisserie and spent three years working in professional kitchens before going solo in 2017. Since then, I've made everything from intimate birthday cakes for six to towering wedding centrepieces for two hundred.
My approach is simple: source the best ingredients, respect the technique, and put the same care into every single bake — whether it's a box of iced biscuits or a five-tier wedding cake.
