Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Louise Bakes you agree to these terms. Please read them before submitting an order enquiry.

Orders & Deposits

All orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The deposit is payable within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. The balance is due 7 days before your collection or delivery date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may have their deposit transferred to a future order at Louise's discretion. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will forfeit the full deposit.

Dietary & Allergen Information

All dietary requirements must be declared at time of ordering. Louise Bakes cannot accept liability for reactions where allergen information was not provided by the customer. See the allergen information page.

Delivery & Collection

Louise Bakes is responsible for the product until it is handed over at the agreed delivery address or collected by the customer. Once the product has been transferred, the customer assumes full responsibility for correct storage and handling.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding quality or condition must be raised within 24 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence. Louise Bakes reserves the right to offer a partial refund or replacement at her discretion.

All photography, recipes and designs on this site are the intellectual property of Louise Bakes. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
